Because all our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or colour preference. We encourage you to check our size guide carefully before purchasing.
However, if your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrectly printed, we will make it right. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at pureblissmetaverse@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the fault or damage
We will offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Lost or delayed orders — if your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please reach out and we'll investigate with our fulfillment partner.
